The best doctor! He definitely made sure I didn’t suffer anymore with my pregnancy issue and also referred me to a nutritionist in his office. I really appreciate all of his help from his office. They are so compassionate and I will definitely recommend this office!

The receptionist was extremely rude. Dr. Keeler, nurse Tiffany, and the phlebotomist were amazing. Upon walking in for my appointment she told me I owe $630 or I won’t be seen. I’m in a payment plan with my doctor so I told her I’d be right back from calling to see if my doctor still wants me to be seen by high risk because I was going to be released. I came back in 10 minutes and she told me I’ve now missed my appointment. I understand policies but her delivery was disrespectful and I left the office in a panic attack. My first son almost died and you don’t know patient’s stories. The office manager came out to my car and told me I’d be seen if I paid half ($315) so I paid but on my way out they tried to tell me I owed $35 more and if I don’t pay they’ll just tack it on to the other half in 14 days. My original appointment was at 8am and I left there at 12 noon. I will not be back to that location. I suggest training your staff on cultural competency and that your tone is everything when talking to people.
