I had an amazing experience with Desert Perinatal, the check-in process was a little rocky but the issue was quickly rectified. Once we got over that the entire process was quick. The staff was amazing. Dr. Keeler was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also helped put our minds at ease when it came to our baby. Everyone we came into contact with was nice, professional, and all around amazing.

Cannot recommend Dr. Wilkes and Desert Perinatal enough. I started going to them at like 6 weeks in my 2nd pregnancy, due to my first having lots of complications and an extremely premature delivery, so my 2nd was very high risk and I needed to shift to an MFM. The difference between my first experience and this one is completely night and day. Dr. Wilkes treats me like an actual human being. He listens to my concerns and worries and never makes me feel ridiculous for any of them. He always takes my questions seriously. If you call in and have a question, the office or a nurse calls back within the day. They call me back with test results. They EXPLAIN why they are doing certain tests, or why they would recommend I do a test or screening. I have pretty bad white coat syndrome, and this office is healing me with how compassionate and caring they are. Is there sometimes wait time? Of course. You can’t expect to get full attention and not be rushed in your appts- without understanding that’s going to cause delays sometimes. I got 3 opinions before conceiving and Dr. Wilkes gave me the most hope and confidence for this pregnancy, and I can’t tell you how valuable that has been.

Dr Wilkes and his team are beyond excellent. Professional, generous with their time, always willing to answer all my questions and very kind. I have always hated going to past doctors but Dr Wilkes is a caring and compassionate person who goes above and beyond to take care of my pregnancy and I look forward to our visits. He's an absolute star.

Wonderful prenatal care and delivery. Dr. Wilkes really listens to his patients and shows concern and validation like you’re the only patient he has for the day. Their entire team are experts at what they do and show a level of care that is not often seen in Southern Nevada.

Dr Wilkes is the best! Everyone loves this charismatic doctor and I personally do! He listened to our concerns and respected our preferences during my pregnancy until post partum. He is never pushy. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
